Musclefood – Return & Refund Policy

At Musclefood, we take pride in delivering premium quality Steel Shakers, Insulated Tumblers & Bottles. Every product is quality checked before shipping. However, if you face any rare issue, please read the policy below carefully.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or Replacement are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Product received damaged during delivery
✔ Product has a manufacturing defect
Wrong product / wrong variant delivered

📌 Return / Replacement is NOT applicable for:
❌ Change of mind / personal preference
❌ Color preference change
❌ Minor cosmetic marks not affecting functionality
❌ Used / washed / handled products
❌ Physical damage caused by customer after delivery
❌ Missing unboxing video proof


2️⃣ Mandatory Unboxing Proof (Strict)

To process any claim, it is mandatory to provide a complete unboxing video:

📌 Video Requirements:
• Video must start before opening the parcel
• All sides of the package visible
• Shipping label clearly visible
• Seal & tape clearly visible
• Product taken out fully in same video
• Damage / defect clearly visible
No cuts, no editing, no pause

⚠️ Requests without proper unboxing proof will be rejected.


3️⃣ Claim Window

You must report damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours → No claim will be accepted.


4️⃣ Condition of Returned Product

The product must be returned:

✔ In original unused condition
✔ With all original packaging
✔ With tags, seal, protection films intact
✔ With all accessories included

If product is returned in used / damaged / missing parts condition → claim will be rejected.


5️⃣ Verification & Approval

Once claim is raised and product is returned:

• Our QC team will verify the product
• Verification takes 3–5 working days
• Replacement will be processed only after verification

⚠️ If we identify fake claim, tampering, self-damage or misuse, Musclefood reserves full rights to:
• Reject replacement / refund
• Blacklist the customer for future orders


6️⃣ Replacement & Refund Policy

If product is damaged / defective / wrong product

Replacement will be provided
❌ Refund will NOT be issued
(Refund only if replacement is not available)

Refund is ONLY applicable when:

• Replacement stock unavailable
• We fail to deliver replacement
• Order cancelled before dispatch

Refunds will be processed to original payment mode within 5–14 working days after approval.


7️⃣ Shipping Charges Policy

🟢 Musclefood Bears Shipping Cost when:

• Product damaged during delivery
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong product received

🔴 Customer Bears Shipping Cost when:

• Reason other than defect/damage
• Personal reason / preference / no longer needed
• Exchange request unrelated to product fault

Charges may be adjusted from refund amount.


8️⃣ Supplements Category

For supplement products (if ordered):
No returns / No exchanges 


9️⃣ Important Legal & Brand Note

Musclefood reserves the right to:
• Reject suspicious claims
• Deny refund for misuse or fraudulent activity
• Modify policy when needed

We aim to maintain a fair balance between customer protection & fraud prevention while ensuring a smooth brand experience.
