Every batch of Musclefood supplements is meticulously tested to ensure you always receive the best quality. However, if you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please review the following guidelines:
General Return Policy
Musclefood does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise or any products purchased directly from Musclefood through our website, except under specific conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
Return Period
The merchandise/product must be reported for return via email to helpmusclefood@gmail.com within 2 days of your delivery date. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Only products that meet the eligibility criteria will be accepted for return — specifically, items that are damaged in a way that affects the product inside. Damage to the outer packaging will not be considered valid grounds for return. The decision to accept a return will be entirely at the company’s discretion.
Unpackaging Video
A full and complete unpackaging video is mandatory, clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt. Without this video, no return requests will be processed.
Order ID Number
You must provide your Purchase Order ID number as received when placing your order.
Damaged Products
Only products with internal damage or tampering will be considered for return. External packaging damage alone is not sufficient. All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Apparel and Accessories
Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. If an apparel or accessory item arrives damaged, the unpackaging video is mandatory.
Return Authorization Process
- Submitting a Query: Email your return request within 2 days of delivery to. helpmusclefood@gmail.com, including your unpackaging video, purchase order number, and any other supporting evidence. Requests through other channels will not be accepted.
- Company Assessment: Our team will review your request and make a final decision at our discretion.
- Return Authorization Number: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number with instructions to complete the process.
Refund Process
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Please allow 14–21 business days after receiving your return for processing.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Damages
Musclefood is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.
