🔄 Returns & Replacements

At Musclefood, every product is crafted with the highest standards of quality and inspected before dispatch. To ensure fairness and clarity, our return policy is as follows:

  • Manufacturing Faults Only: We only accept returns or replacements for products that have a clear manufacturing defect.

  • No Damaged Product Claims: If your product is damaged during shipping or delivery, please contact the delivery partner/courier service directly to file a claim. Musclefood is not responsible for transit damage.

  • Return Window: Requests for returns due to manufacturing faults must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: A clear unboxing video showing the defect is mandatory to process any replacement request.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

  • Refunds/Replacement: If approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
