Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours. Damages Musclefood is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.

Unpackaging Video A full and complete unpackaging video is mandatory, clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt. Without this video, no return requests will be processed. Order ID Number You must provide your Purchase Order ID number as received when placing your order. Damaged Products Only products with internal damage or tampering will be considered for return. External packaging damage alone is not sufficient.
